The ArtCity Short Film Festival will be revealing its third face this 4-8 October 2016 under the theme ‘Motion Picture For Development; Children’s Perspective and Benefits’.

During this third edition, the festival will be giving children a platform to express themselves in  a bid to “explore the possibilities of growth and development in the context of Cameroonian and African Cinema”. Coming with a team that has some of the finest film professionals from Cameroon, this 2016 edition is definitely coming with raised standards.

This CoreUnit Group initiative will, like in the past two editions, be celebrating the art of film making as it sets the stage for independent Cameroonian and African filmmakers.

A welcome change from the past editions is that this year, the ACSFF will be taking a more pragmatic approach during the  educative workshops and giving participants a hands-on experience.
