Cameroonian Record Label Chillen Muzic Entertainment has organized a first-of-its-kind music talent search competition, GO UNDERGROUND, which kicked  off recently; First-of-its-kind in the sense that the competition will go beyond what many other music talent competitions do, to offer a 3-YEAR 10.000.000FCFA RECORD DEAL to the winner of the competition.

During the course of the entire Go Underground competition, contestants re all expected to compete only with their very own music compositions, another aspect of the competition that makes it stand out.

Chillen Muzic Entertainment says the label is seeking not only to identify a talented artist but to bring the winner to the limelight by taking him/her on a journey to becoming a music sensation in Cameroon and beyond.

Before the take-off of the competition proper, auditions were held at the C-Media Studios at the end of which only contestants with some promise of what the Chillen Muzic Entertainment label is looking for  were retained, judging on four aspects- Singing, Originality, Stage Presence and Physical presentation.

Selected contestants from the auditions have moved on to the Live Shows aired live on CMTV every Saturday 5:00PM.

In the course  of every week, Starbillang will be bringing you performances from the various contestants from the GO UNDERGROUND Live Shows.
